Terms and Conditions of Service.

Welcome to EasyShop Tanzania (the “Website”, “Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our automated digital multi-vendor platform, located at www.easyshoptz.com

By registering an account, purchasing digital products, or listing digital assets as a vendor, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

1. Definitions

• Platform: The website, automated backend architecture, payment integrations, and dashboards operating under EasyShop Tanzania.
• Buyer: Any registered user or visitor who completes a transaction to purchase or access digital assets.
• Vendor / Merchant: Any independent individual or corporate entity that uploads and sells digital products via the Platform.
• Digital Products: Electronic, non-tangible goods including but not limited to eBooks, software, activation keys, online video courses, video tutorials, audio tracks, digital video games, and graphic templates.

2. User Accounts and Security

• Eligibility: To create an account, purchase, or sell on EasyShop Tanzania, you must be at least 18 years of age or access the site under parental supervision.
• Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Credential Security: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and password. Any actions taken through your account will be deemed your legal responsibility. EasyShop Tanzania will not be held liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

3. Terms of Sale & Automated Delivery (For Buyers)

• No Physical Shipping: EasyShop Tanzania deals exclusively in digital goods. No physical items will ever be shipped, and no delivery riders will be dispatched.
• Instant Fulfillment: Delivery is 100% automated. Upon successful verification of payment via local mobile money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, Halopesa) or credit cards, a unique download link will instantly open on your screen and be sent to your email.
• System Delays: While delivery is designed to be instantaneous, occasional telecom network delays or payment gateway sync issues may occur. If a file is not unlocked immediately, EasyShop Tanzania will resolve the delivery within 24 hours of verified transaction receipt.
• Device Compatibility: It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure their device (smartphone, PC, Mac, tablet) is compatible with the file format purchased (e.g., PDF, ZIP, MP4, EXE).

4. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

• License to Use: When a buyer purchases a digital product, they are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream, download, and read/use the file.
• Prohibited Sharing: Buyers strictly do not own the copyright to the digital file. You are completely prohibited from reselling, sharing, renting, redistributing, or uploading purchased files to public clouds, file-sharing forums, or competing websites. Violation of this clause will result in immediate permanent account termination without a refund and potential legal action.

5. Vendor Marketplace Rules (For Sellers)

• Content Ownership: Vendors must own 100% of the copyrights, intellectual property rights, or explicit distribution rights for any digital product they list on EasyShop Tanzania. Listing pirated, plagiarized, or stolen content is strictly prohibited.
• Prohibited Content: Vendors may not list malicious software (malware, viruses), cracked software, pornographic media, or fraudulent digital products.
• Platform Fee and Payouts: EasyShop Tanzania charges a percentage commission on each digital transaction completed, as specified in the Vendor Dashboard. Payouts are systematically processed to the vendor’s verified Tanzanian mobile money account or local bank account upon request, subject to platform holding balances for security checks.
• Indemnification: The vendor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EasyShop Tanzania against any legal claims, copyright infringements, or financial damages arising from the vendor’s products or descriptions.

6. Return and Refund Policy

All transactions processed on EasyShop Tanzania are subject to our Return and Refund Policy. Because digital files are deemed “used” upon instant download generation, all sales are final. Discretionary refunds are issued only for corrupt files, non-delivery, or severe description mismatch within 7 days of purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

• EasyShop Tanzania acts as an automated multi-vendor hosting intermediary. We do not manufacture the software, write the eBooks, or record the courses listed by independent vendors.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyShop Tanzania shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, financial losses, data corruptions, or system crashes resulting from the installation or usage of digital products downloaded from our platform. All files are downloaded at the user’s independent risk.

8. Amendments to the Terms

We reserve the absolute right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect legal changes or platform updates. The “Last Updated” date at the top will indicate when revisions were made. Continued use of the platform after updates are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising from these Terms will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.
